Staff

The staff at St. Andrew's Pre-School have all completed training in child-care and pre-school education and regularly attend courses to widen their knowledge . 

The Manager gained a Batchelor of Education Honours Degree in Primary Teaching .  Other staff members hold relevant qualifications including the NVQ3 in Childcare and Pre-School Education. Staff have also attended First Aid courses and are qualified First-Aiders.
     
At the pre-school you and your child will receive individual support from an experienced member of staff responsible for your child's individual needs, known as a "key worker". The key person will be happy to give feed-back on your child's developmental progress on a daily basis or discuss any concerns with you.
