Policies and Procedures

We aim to provide the highest standard of care and education in St. Andrew's Pre-School.  Please ask the manager to view policies and procedures, and also discuss any queries you may have about content.

Our policies and procedures include:

• Safeguarding children and child protection

Our setting works with children, parents and the community to ensure the rights and safety of children and to give them the best start in life.

• Confidentiality and information sharing

The information you share with us about your child and your family is confidential to our pre-school.  However there may be times when the law requires information to be shared with a statutory agency to prevent harm.

• Complaints

You are entitled to make a complaint about any aspect of your child's experience that gives you cause for concern.  The preocedure for making a complaint is available for you as well as the telephone number for Ofsted.
